More than 122,195 people are waiting; 17 die each day. One donor can save up to 8 lives. The gap between what people believe and what they’re signed up for isn’t apathy. It’s a broken form.
Our fix is mandated choice: every adult is asked once, yes or no, so the willing majority actually gets counted.

The donor question is a checkbox buried on a form. Mandated choice reframes it as a question you have to answer — yes or no — demonstrated here, not just explained.
